When I was younger, I told myself not to chase money till I died, I decided that I will work smart and save for a lifetime investment. Not until the country’s economy set in where you can study a good course and still not get a good job. So, I thought to myself, the best way to make a living is to pursue a career in content writing because I got lots of passion for it.
You have the same passion for writing, Trust me! You don’t need too much experience as far as you can post text on social media. Let me reveal How I achieve my journey as a web 3.0 content writer and the steps to achieve your dream in this field.
Web 3.0 is the evolution of web technology, incorporating concepts such as decentralization, blockchain technology, token-based economics, smart contract, metaverses, NFT, and DAO.
PROCEDURES I JOURNEYED THROUGH TO BECOMING A 3.0 CONTENT WRITER
Firstly you need to have passion and zeal for writing, as far as you can write and post on any social media, YES! You can learn and become a content writer.
Take a course for content writing: to succeed in life and particular industry, you need a mentor. Whatever you wanna start doing, someone else has done it before and excel at it so that you don’t start from scratch starting from his or her experience. with mentorship, you will not fade off easily in the industry. Learn directly from a tycoon in the industry. He will see more ability and help you bring it out till you get it right. learn and do all necessary assignments.

Research: there is a lot of information, publications, and article about what you are interested in writing. Keep researching for new ideas to write on, and join different blogs on your industry niche. I joined platforms like medium.com, publish ox, and lots more. Research different blogs and tips to succeed on them.
Keep writing: get a catchy title, be creative, and be original. you can start with writing on other people’s publication titles but in a more unique way. Publish on your blog and share the link with family and friends to read, hence, you start getting more readers and followers.
Also, you need to install extensions like Grammarly for corrections, and learn to do simple design on-site like canvas, very easy!!! Publish the article with an image.
Search engine optimization(SEO): This helps for article ranking, the use of the right keyword is very important because it helps to outrank other articles.
Internship/ Job Search: customize your resume and cover letter. Don’t be afraid, take the entry position. Search for prospective jobs, challenge yourself with opportunities in the industry, sign up for contests, volunteer for internships, start with good pay, and grow.
Lastly, join a professional writers alliance: network with other freelance writers or groups since you are of the same interest in the industry. They will assist you in learning, networking, getting new jobs, and doing projects together.
In conclusion, consistency is the key. In web 3.0 content writing, all I see as a roadmap to success is consistency. You get more excellent opportunities in the industry when you belong to a professional alliance. BE YOUR BOSS!!!
